Our goal is to provide a high level of client service. We recognize the important role we are playing in our clients' lives. We strive to provide the level of service that gives our clients confidence that we have an interest in their accounts and will be available to help our clients in a timely manner when they need us.
We emphasize communication with our clients. Quarterly Reviews are scheduled to provide our clients with an update on their portfolio along with our current thoughts on the market. The Quarterly Reviews also provide a time for clients to ask questions or express any concerns they may have about their portfolio. Clay Hogan manages the clients' accounts and also conducts the calls. Every quarter clients have an opportunity to talk with the person actually managing their accounts and making the decisions.

We pride ourselves in returning phone calls in timely manner. Clients have our cell phone numbers and are welcome to call us when they need us. And of course, clients are always welcome at the office.
